    Hello,

We are using your XStore theme on one of our sites. After updating the WordPress platform to v. 5.5 and updated the theme and core plugin to the latest available versions the QuickView button stopped working. When inspecting the element with the browser inspect element function we saw that the event that is connected to this button (open a popup for the preview of the product) is missing. The previous versions of the theme and the core plugin were as follow: theme version 6.2.1 and core plugin v. 1.5.1

Would you be able to suggest a fix on how to add back the missing JS triggering the event for the quick preview button?

    Hello,

Make sure that you have cleared all cache after the update.
Provide URL, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete this account once all questions will be solved. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards

    Hello,

What about link to your site? Because WP Dashboard access does not work for the https://cloudclimax.co.uk/

Also, I see that you use CloudFlare CDN on the https://cloudclimax.co.uk/
So, clear CDN cache. And install CloudFlare plugin and log in to your account in the plugin settings to allow us to clear CDN after changes if it’s required.

    Regards

    Hello,

Did you clear the CDN cache after update?
Could you, please, log in to your CDN account to allow us to clear the cache after changes http://prntscr.com/u7ih5t ?

    Regards
