Quick View doesn’t work on new XStore Widgets

    Quick View doesn’t work on home with any new XStore Widgets
    work only on mouse hover or XStore Widgets (deprecated)
    i need it to be always show on new XStore Widgets like Products Grid

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1/ Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

The feature is operational on mobile devices, consistent with its behavior on the shop page.     Furthermore, We would like to clarify that the product grid widget on your homepage is configured with the Quick View option enabled under the Hover effect settings. For your convenience, we have included a screenshot in the private content area to illustrate this setup.

    Please note that the Quick View is designed to activate upon hovering and is functional on both mobile and desktop devices in this manner.

    i need Quick View show on mobile without Hover just like shop page

    and why sometimes widgets missing css and show black buttons like on video ?

    1/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask that you clear your browser’s cache and revisit your website to see the changes.

    For your reference, the solution involved adding CSS code to the following location: XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS.

    Please find attached an image that illustrates the update for your convenience in the private content area.

    2/ Upon initial review, it appears that the issue you are experiencing may be related to caching. We kindly request that you clear the caches for your plugins, server, and web browser to ensure that all cached data is removed.
