    hello sir;

    When I try to update any information in articles, pages, or categories, and I select the “Update” command, the process remains in a continuous execution state and never completes. Please assist.

    Hello, Basma,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the test.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello Sir,
    Two tests were conducted: changing the theme and logging in with a user account having the ‘Author’ role. The results were as follows:
    1) The issue persisted even after changing the theme.
    2) Logging in with another user account having the ‘Author’ role worked fine. WordPress was updated by reinstalling it, but the issue with the admin or manager account was not resolved.

    Hello, Basma,

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response, as it was due to the weekend.

    If the issue persists even when our theme is not activated, this indicates that the theme is not the cause of the problem. In this case, we kindly recommend reaching out to WordPress support rather than the theme author.

    Additionally, we suggest checking whether the issue might be caused by a third-party plugin on your site. You may also want to review the latest logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs for any useful information.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
