Question about demos - by equality - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,
i want to ask if all these demos http://prntscr.com/cw99oe
are included to the latest version of theme.Because many of these i can’t see them to my theme’s version on admin panel.

Hello,

They are included. But some of them are created with Essential Grid plugin, for example, Street Photo and Marriage variants. To create them:
1. Go to Theme Options > Header > select 14 (or 13) type of header
2. Import Essential Grid as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/essential_grid
3. Go to Pages > Add new. Use visual Composer and add Essential Grid element. Select Royal Marriage (or Grid 1). All Page Layout settings (Sidebar, footer, heading) should be disabled. Save page and set it as Front page in Settings > Reading.

i have imported the royal_ess_grid.json parts but the Essential Grid elements they do not appear.
The Ess. Grid Example Posts they were created,but they are empty.

Hello,

We excluded real images from demo content because many of our clients had the problems with demo content import because of the large size of import file and server settings.
As a rule, our customers have their own images and there is no any problem to replace placeholders by real images.

So you saw the site and is everything ok?
I see that exists images and texts to essential grid example posts but doesn’t appear.
See for example the links below connected because the site is coming soon mode active.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

After that check the site.

Hello,

As I see you’re using 2.7 version http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/1020/h_1476985637_7232860_63622ddf6e.jpeg , but the latest version is 2.8 https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976 .
So update the plugins and theme as I described in the previous post.

Is updated,but the problem persists.

I have deactivated all the no required plugins and also i have tried with older version of the theme,but the problem persists although i don’t changed anything,only the updates.
I tried also to make the same page to other site and is work.So,where is the problem?
Can you please tell me for complete the construnstion of the site?

Hello,

We checked the issue with default WordPress theme and it persists there too.
Try to reupload Visual Composer plugin. Also check error log on your server (ask hosting provider support to help you with it) if there are any errors.
