    I have three problems:
    1. When I change the quantity on a book at the home-page and click add to cart, only one item is added to the cart and not the quantity I chose.
    2. And when I change the quantity in the cart (side bar or page) the price does not change.
    3. And whenever I add a product to the cart the whole page loads again.
Can you please help me to fix that? Thank you so much.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.

    Let us know the results.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello 8Theme Team,
thank you for your support. I began deactivating third-party plugins beginning with Local Google Font, and although it has nothing to do with the cart, this solved all three of the problems. And when I reactivate it, it still works without coming back the problems… Thank you very much for solving that rapidly my problem.

    Hello,

Thank you for your kind message and for the update.

We are very pleased to hear that the issue has been resolved and that everything is now working correctly on your site. Sometimes, even plugins that seem unrelated can have unexpected effects, and we’re glad that deactivating and reactivating the Local Google Fonts plugin helped to resolve the problems.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
