    Hi there,

I am using the woopress theme and the quantity field is missing. If I change the theme it reappears.

I have updated to the latest version.

    Can you help?

    Thanks.

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for the speedy response.

The site is currently in development and I am working on it from my laptop using a localised web-server which isn’t accessible from the internet.

Are there any screenshots or logs I can provide you that may help?

    Thanks,

    webmastermicro

    Hello,

Sorry, but it’s difficult to investigate the problem without seeing site settings.
Could you please upload your site to any web hosting and provide us with login details?

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Could you try again as I suspect DNS may have been taking a while to propagate.

    Hello,

Unfortunately there is still an error:
Unable to determine IP address from host name
    The DNS server returned:
Name Error: The domain name does not exist.

Please let us know when the site is available for public.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I can confirm this time it is working. I did an NSLOOKUP using Google DNS and it is resolving to the correct IP plus I can browse to the site from multiple locations.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

You have this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:
    .quantity {display: none !important;}

    I’ve commented it.
Now quantity option is shown. Clear browser cache and check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks Eva.

Do you know what the funny code is at the bottom of the page on the blue banner. Only just spotted it. Any ideas? Dont think it appears if I change the theme.

    Thanks again.

That is the code of Visual Composer plugin. I’ve activated it. Please check now.

    Thanks again!

Tell me, does the Visual Composer plugin need to be activated for this theme? Not sure I’m even using it.

    Hello,

Your footer is created with Visual Composer plugin. So, you need it activated.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
