Purchase license not working - by ecoofficegals

Hello,
I’m in need of any updates for a few of your themes, I have purchase codes from TF but the themes are gone and I entered then here and get an error saying they are not valid. I’ll add them to private content below.
Can you activate my access to these themes please?
Also what is going on? Do we come here for updates? If so fine, I just wish you would say something. I checked your blog, FB and sent in a contact email and nothing.
Also if we need to come here for our info, please consider not using the Raleway Font, it’s so hard to read. Also, someone should proof your content almost every sentence I read to get here was grammatically incorrect or had typos. The combo with hard to read font makes it really tough to navigate your website.

You can download themes at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , just enter your purchase code to have possibility for download.

Please take our apologies.
There are some issues between Envato and 8Theme, so accounts have been closed temporarily on ThemeForest site.
We hope access will be restored in a short time.

I’m copying them and pasting from the doc in themeforest.
I just recommended your themes to a new client, and I just launched design
on one of your themes, should I be wary of this issue. If things are not
resolved with TF will you still be actively selling and supporting themes
on your website at least?

Same Problem here. When I try to add a new topic it says “Sorry, this key is already in the database. If you think this is a mistake, please contact us to resolve the issue.”
