Purchase Code is not valid on my site? why?

I try to activate the plugin for them with sam code.
but it doesn’t work?

Hello,

Are you trying to activate bundled plugins with theme code? You can’t use theme purchase code for the bundled plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/38-activation-and-purchase-codes
Let me know if you need to activate the WooZone plugin. I’ll provide you code for WooZone plugin activation.
