Purchase code cannot be used - by R'Tee Ton

    I have a problem. I removed the website. And new installation. Can not use the Purchase code. What do I have to do?
    Please help me.

    Hello,

    I do not see any problems with purchase code, that was register to your account on our site, it can be used to activate the theme.
    Please describe your problem in more details.

    I can’t enter my purchase code. I have removed the original website. I will install it again I have a lot of problem. What happen?

    Hello,

    As I can see, your purchase code is associated with the buyer.
    Have you contacted hosting provider to check OpenSSL system library?
    Also, make sure that abilities availability from your hosting:
    1. http/https outgoing connects
    2. 136.243.62.35 availability from your source IP address.
    + Make sure that wp_remote_get function is enabled on your server.
