I purchased the Xstore theme and had been using it on my website (domain: pottedplants.ae). Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted my website. I have since installed a fresh WordPress site on the same domain, but when I try to activate the theme using my purchase code, I get the error: “Purchase code is already activated.”
Since this is the same domain the theme was originally activated on, and the site was deleted and reinstalled (not duplicated), I’d appreciate it if you could reset/deactivate the previous activation on your end so I can reactivate the theme.
Please let me know if you need any further information from my end.
