I have installed the Niche Market02 demo. After installation, I’m tried updating the header and product slider sections. It shows fine in the backend, but it’s not reflected on the frontend. Also, some sections show the page loading icon.

When trying to update the Xstore theme, it shows this error: An error occurred while updating xstore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    – here is what we can see on your site in header – https://prnt.sc/2kK5W2PH4Ttt Clear cache and check now. Have you cleared cache? Provide screenshots or videos of problems, please.

some sections show the page loading icon.

    – check it after the theme update.

When I import a theme from Xstudio, make edits, and publish it, I notice it’s incomplete. What could be causing this issue?

    Hello, Noureddine,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please submit a new topic https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ for your questions.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

If this doesn’t help, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and provide a more accurate solution.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
