    Hello,
    I don’t know if it’s just a problem for me or if it works for everyone. When I want to log in, it opens the fields on the right. After I enter my credentials, it takes me to the my account page and asks me to enter my credentials again. The login has been completed since I entered my credentials. I don’t know why it asks twice (it has nothing to do with the latest update because I’ve been having this issue for a while now)

    In most of these cases, the issues were resolved by adjusting the configuration of additional third-party plugins installed on the customer’s website or by modifying certain hosting redirection settings.

    Therefore, we kindly recommend that you temporarily disable any third-party plugins and check if the issue persists.

    Hi,
    I have deactivated all the plugins that are not related to the theme. I have left only the plugins that the theme requires to function. The plugins that I did not deactivate are: Elementor, Pro Elements, Woocommerce and Xstore Core. The situation is the same

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Could you kindly grant administrator permissions for the customer credentials you previously provided? At the moment, we are unable to review the modifications made in your child theme due to limited access.

    Additionally, we would like to inquire whether we may temporarily deactivate certain plugins on your website for testing purposes. Alternatively, if you have a staging environment available, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with access credentials for that site instead.

    Hi,
    1- Sorry, I changed the access to the administrator. 2. I have not changed anything except the name of the theme folder and the screenshot inside it. I have never changed the code. 3- yes you can also deactivate the plugins but I would like you to work quickly. It takes a long time, since it is a website that has visits and orders.

    I don’t want to bore you, some things come from a lack of knowledge. I appreciate your patience.
    As I told you earlier, I have not changed any part of your code. What I have changed is the name of the theme folder and the style.css data along with the screenshot of the theme.
