Hi Team,
I bought the template a couple days ago and import the demo page “Bikes”. The problem is that the template which I imported is different to the PSD that you guys provided. I am wondering if you have the new version of this PSD: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cU-cTNYbTzpyivQaedd2FLpWfGFrWyNB

Hello,

Nope, that PSD is the only one that we have. After improvements of the XStore WP theme in 5.0 and 6.0 versions the design of some elements was changed but we did not update PSD.

Do you have the demo version 5.0 of bikes to import? Does it work with the last Xstore version?

Hello,

When I told that changes were made in version 5.0 and 6.0 I meant changes of the theme styles (CSS files – font-weight, paddings, margins, icon font) and system that creates header (header builder). So there is no way to import old json of header, for example, for the new version of the theme.
Could you tell me what exactly does not suit you in the latest version?

Hi Olga,

We bought the Xstores theme thinking that we could work with my client’s designer thanks to the PSD that you offer and the demo websites that you have. But now I have a website design different from the PSD that comes with this bicycle demo, so the synergy between the designer and the programmers will not be as we expect.

I will consult with the team if they agree to work like this and if they do not agree to work with different Demo / PSD, then I will review the return policies that you have and I will have to return the template that we bought.

Hello,

Tell me what is the main difference for you between demo and design? We are not sure that it takes a lot of time to change the header layout according to demo if you about this. All the other sections on the home page are the same as on the PSD, you just need to add your images. Or I missed something else?

Hi Olga,

I double checked the theme and I think there are not big differences between both version, for example, in these pictures attached show 2 blocks missing in the demo import. I want to know how to set the block “The best product of this season” like in the screenshot “missing”

This block is created using Slider Revolution http://prntscr.com/qashzr – http://prntscr.com/qasi7c If mentioned slider was not imported at all, you can do the manual import, just download import files from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ > find bicycle folder with archives of sliders and import them via Dashboard > Slider revolution > Manual import. Then you need to edit “bike-product” slider and set Products and category of products here – http://prntscr.com/qaslyq
We can do this on your site once you provide temporary wp-admin access.
