Promo text not working - by Giles - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, i’ve added a new promo text but it’s not showing in the live site. it shows in the backend but not live https://prnt.sc/vvam8u

    any ideas? again this is quite urgent

    do you think this is a bug? i have updated the theme so i thought this would all be working now

    also, can you make sure i get an email notification. I don’t seem to be getting them so i have to login here all the time

    i think it;’s working on firefox now but not on chrome. i’ll do some more tests

    Sorry, it IS NOT WORKING on any browsers.

    Let me know if we can fix this. It’s quite urgent again and very frustrating.

    Thanks but i did that a few times and i still can’t see it on any browsers. Is there anything else I can try?

    As I can see you are using CDN, you need to clear the CDN cache also.

    do you know why this has started happening now? would i need to do this every time?

    CDN is independent of the theme. You can read this article https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/cdn/what-is-a-cdn/ or a similar one. Contact your hosting provider to get more information and assistance with the cache clearing.
    Maybe even ask to temporarily disable the CDN, and enable it only once all changes on the site will be done.
