    Hello, @LMcompany,

We hope this message finds you well. Firstly, we would like to express our gratitude for choosing XStore for your website needs.

To address the issue you’re experiencing, kindly follow these steps:

    1) Disable all third-party plugins on your site, except for the Theme Required/Recommended plugins,https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins and check your site after clearing the browser cache. There might be additional or extra third-party plugins conflicting on your site and causing the issue. If this resolves your issue, reactivate all the third-party plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the issue on your site. Please reach out to the respective Plugin Author for further assistance.

    2) If you’re using a child theme, switch to the parent theme to see if the issue persists. Please create a backup of your site. Provide us with debugging permissions and share the login details for us to investigate further in the private content area.

Your cooperation in these steps will greatly assist us in diagnosing and resolving the issue effectively.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team.
