Promo Pupup not working - by macolez - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have everything up to date. Woopress and Woocommerce. My site is up and running for years.

Today i tryed to use promo popup to announce vacation period.. and we couldnt.. because it just dont work.
i have toggled everything on inside promo popup menu and inserted one image there to show. But nothing.

Can someone help me please?

Hello,

Promo popup works only when top bar is enabled.
I’ve enabled it in Theme Options > Header.
Please check your site now.

Oh Thank you, Eva! I didnt know that.

And how do i remove that EN FR DE £ € $ ?

i only need the NOVIDADES on the left.

And other thing i noticed, is that around my imagem, that have the exact size of promo popup (700×350) have an image background, i guess it is the default image of background demo. How do i remove that and fit my image on popup?

Hello,

To remove languages area you need add empty Text widget into “Left Side top bar area” in Appearance > Widgets.
As I see promo popup is shown properly:

I figured out how to solve the early background problem.

Empty widget worked like a charm!
