Promo Popup never pops on entry - by robinjessome

I’m unable to get the Promo Popup to fire on entry…not sure where I’m going wrong.

– Enable promo popup = Yes
– Open popup on enter = Yes
– Show link in the top bar = Yes (it does fire when clicking the link)

Let me know if you have any insight.

For reference, and to maybe help anyone else who has similar troubles – what did you have to do? Was it something I missed?
