Hello,

Please update theme to the latest version (2.2).
http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050

Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

You can download the theme on ThemeForest site http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050 , log in with your Envato account and download the latest version from your Downloads page.

I already installed the 2.2 version of the theme but still the pop up won’t work.

Hello,

The reason is you removed “Newsletter” link from the top bar.
Get is back and popup should work fine.
