    Hi – is it possible to set a delay before the promo pop-up is displayed (e.g. 10 seconds) after the page has loaded.

    Hello,

    There is no such feature and additional customization is beyond of our support scope but if you have needed knowledge you can edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/js/etheme.js (line 391).
