    Hello,
    Is there anyway to change the timing of the promo pop-up?
    Currently if you “X” out of the pop-up and navigate to a different page the pop-up will annoyingly appear again. Some sites will wait several minutes or clicks later to display again. Only other option for us is to “never display pop-up again” which is not necessarily the best thing to do for the retailer.

    Here is a good example of the pop-up having good timing and not so annoying: https://www.laurenslyst.com

    Hello,

    Sorry, but our colleague said there is no such feature.
    To disable promo popup you have to tick “never display pop-up again” option.
