When viewing on mobile site, the promo box does not appear responsive, can you please advise?

Hello,

The reason is background image for promo box is too large (especially logo). You need either upload background image without logo or insert the logo via static block as you’ve created the promo box.

How do i insert the logo with static block? The visual composer does not seem to be working on static block…

Hello,

To enable Visual Composer for Static Blocks you should to go to Settings -> Visual Composer and check ‘staticblock’ at “Content types” section.

Hi,

For some reason the promo popup is not displaying again properly on a mobile phone and also the sidebar on the shop page is not displaying either, i have changed nothing so i cannot understand why this is happening?

Because it is cached and then not loading. Try to clear cache browser all time.

Hi,

I have cleared all cache, checked on 3 phones and the promo box is still not displaying correctly, the sidebar on the shop is ok now so its just the promo popup box, can you please advise?

Hello,

I’ve added the following code into custom.css:
```
@media (max-width: 767px) {#etheme-popup .wpb_single_image img {
max-width: 60%;
float: right;
margin-top: -65px;
position: relative;
left: 20px;
}}
```
Please check popup now and clear browser cache.
