Products tabs, related products and some sections are not appearing in some products page

1. Products tabs, related products and, some sections are not appearing in some products page
ex :
Three sections are not visible on this product page

and also related products and product tabs is not working properly products are overlapping

inspired by section added in single product builder but not visible in some product preview page

and also related products should be the same as normal product design

You need to update the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update Next time, do not update Core plugin before the theme update.

1/ Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Show Excerpt In Content Product > Off.
It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show some unclosed tags cause the problem. Keep the option disabled or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.

2/ Check related products after the theme update, and provide us with FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Whenever we try to design a product, the same products tabs, related products, and some sections do not appear. Please help us to resolve this issue.

Hello,

Solved via Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products style > Show Excerpt In Content Product > Off.
It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show some unclosed tags causes the problem. Keep the option disabled or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.
