Products shown under search dropdown are not clickable…

When we search items in search field, a dropdown list of products is shown.
If we click any of product nothing happens, I also checked it on your demo for grocery market and same problem is in your demo theme also.

I want that if a visitor search any product it should be clickable so that it can take visitor to the single product page. I hope that I am able to describe my problem.

Please advise how to resolve this issue.

What browser do you use? Could you, please, provide us with a video of the issue for a better understanding?
