  Hello I had previously contacted you guys because the products on my shop page were not aligned. You guys suggested that it was because I had not updated my plugins, but I just went ahead and updated the plugins and the problem is still persisting. Please help.

  As I see you didn’t update the plugins Revolution Slider, Ultimate VC Addons, Essential Grid. Please update them https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

  Hello, I already updated all of the plugins as well as the new theme update and the products are still not being aligned. Please help. I also went ahead and resetted my browser to see if it was the cache but no, products are still unaligned on the shop page.

  Hello,

  I’ve added this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

  .product {
      height: 350px !important;
  }

  Clear browser cache and check products page.
