    Hello,

When I click the add to cart button items are not being added to the shopping cart. This was not an issue previously. I used the shopping cart to purchase something on November 5 and I have not added any plugins since then. I disabled all active 3rd party plugins just to check. I also contacted my server provider (GoDaddy) to have them clear the cache but that did not fix the issue. Can you please take a look or offer me a suggestion on what I might be able to try please?

    Thank you.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

In the console on your site – https://prnt.sc/ln184r Contact your hosting provider to solve the problem from the server side.
Also, try to disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options > Single product page.

    Regards

I found out that it was a plugin that was blocking the ability to add to cart. Once I disabled it started working.

However, I’ve come across a similar issue. It appears that now some browsers/devices won’t let you add to cart. When I try to add to cart from my android device using chrome it does not work. My wife’s iphone works fine. Had a customer that was unable to add to cart also. She was using Chrome. She said she tried Safari on her phone and had the same issue.

Yesterday I was able to add to the cart but unable to complete the purchase from my phone. Received the following message “SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0" Switched to my desktop and the transaction went through with no problem.

I have updated to the newest version of the theme. I also took screenshots if you need those. I’m afraid to send anyone to the site right now because some seem to be ok and it won’t work for others. Not sure what to do.

    Hello,

We can’t reproduce this issue when testing your site on Android device. Could you, please, go to Appearance > Themes > Enabled the default WooComemrce theme Storefront and check in you can add to cart on the device where you previously had the problem? You can enable WooPress again after this test. Let me know about the results.

    Regards
