Products missing from products module on back and frontend

    I have 22 products here,

    but only 20 are shown.

    For example, TOWER and SMART are missing. If I delete 2 chairs then TOWER and SMART will appear, but when I add them another 2 will be missing.

    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    sorry for the late reply, I’m on vacation.

    We kindly recommend testing to the new Products Grid widget, which has been built from the ground up following modern UI/UX best practices. This widget also offers enhanced options for product display and hover effects.

    Additionally, we suggest checking whether there are any custom modifications affecting product queries in your custom snippets or within the child theme’s functions.php file, as these could also impact performance or functionality.

    Problem is,

    1. Products grid does not show me product swatches (colors).
    2. I can’t specify what products to show, I can only select categories, but my products are from different categories.

    1. Please note that there is an option to select products by their IDs (titles) in the Products Grid widget, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Uoe8Dn7D2Hrn. You may use this feature to test by selecting the desired products.

    2. Additionally, this option is also available in the current widget, as demonstrated here: https://prnt.sc/opkJXIqA-U8N. However, we have noticed that this option does not appear on your website. This may be due to customizations that have been applied on your web-site.

    To investigate this further and assist you in resolving the issue, we kindly ask that you provide us with FTP access. This will allow us to check the configuration and attempt to enable the missing option.

    Unfortunately, using the File Manager on the website is not the most suitable solution in this case. Making even a minor typographical error in the code such could result in a fatal error on the website, which we would be unable to resolve without access to the FTP account.

    Start the FTP client and create a profile to connect to the FTP server. In FileZilla, create a profile and specify the path to the SSH key (select/type least host, protocol=”SFTP”, logon type=”Key file”, cPanel username in the ‘User’ field, key path in the ‘Key file’ field).

    Unfortunately, we are still unable to establish a connection using the access details you provided. Would it be possible to set up a simple FTP connection to your website, or alternatively, create a staging environment for us with straightforward access that does not require IP whitelisting?

    I’m not sure, I’m back from vacation now, can we just set a timeline and I’ll whitelabe your IP? I know it’s dynamic but it probably does noc change in less than 24 hours?
