I am using the free theme Seventeen that comes bundled with WOrdpress. I navigate to this page and the grouped product is loaded correctly: https://beyondhardware.co.nz/product/windsor-split-rail-fastener-multiple-finishes-left-right-handed-5195/

If I then activate the XStore theme the page ends up being a complete mess and misconfigured.

I have followed the correct installation and plugin activation. Totally lost.

It would be really useful if we could add attachements to this support forum!!!!

Please login with the supplied credentials, activate Xstore Theme and navigate to page.

    Hello,

Wp-admin credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
Also, you can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot.

Ok, not sure why those credentials didn’t work for you. Updated so please try again.

    Very different results.

    Hello,

    Please check the page now.
You can Run the Setup Wizard http://prntscr.com/k1wth6 to install demo content and demo version + install child theme.
Theme Configuration you can change using Theme Options.
Also, I would recommend you to read our documentation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/category/8-theme-installation
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

    Regards

This is very strange because we had already run that setup wizzard before and everything worked. It wasn’t until we started configuring the site through your theme options that everything went badly.

    Hello,

In this case, you can Skip Setup Wizard and continue to configure settings in Theme Options.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards
