Products block not show nothing in the index

I have a big problem because when I try to insert block products on my website as it is in this template https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/. In the template there are two tabs for the products offered and the sales. I want to put the same block but no tabs, just a list of products. I have inserted products, but nothing is displayed and the block is hidden automatically.

I have configurated “Royal Child Theme” v1.0.

How can I solve this?

Hello,

You can use Products widget http://prntscr.com/exupks, type the IDs of products which you want to show or select product type.
