Hello, I have a problem with the categories assigned to several products, from the store filter or directly from the category link it does not show me the exact number of products added to that category, that is, in a category that may have 4 products it shows me for example 1 or it shows me 20, sometimes in other categories it also shows me products that are not assigned, that is, that are not related.

In this other example, you can see how for a parent category it says I have 7 products, but it filters out many more products that have no relation to the category or anything::

Finally, I would like to know how to add a loading animation when a user adds a product to the cart from other pages. It doesn’t appear and has no animation. This doesn’t create a good experience because the user doesn’t know if the product is being added to the cart.

    Dear @kevin alexander,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon adding the default “Product Categories” widget to your sidebar (please refer to the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/gSPs8xtzY8Ds), we observed that the product count displayed in the categories matches the same number (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xBy9X9BrUEe3). Additionally, when reviewing the product count for each category in the backend, the numbers are consistent (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/kZn8Ru3vzllV).

Furthermore, we tested the default layout of the shop page (non-builder version), and the issue with product display persists (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/QUNKNlc8KHga).

Given these findings, we kindly recommend reviewing the WooCommerce plugin documentation or submitting a support request on their official forum regarding potential product caching issues. Additionally, please ensure that no third-party plugins are being used that might conditionally hide products, as this behavior is not related to our theme.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
