    Hi there,

I updated my plugins earlier today. Now none of my store products are working when clicking Add to Cart. I’m getting a ton of emails with trouble. It’s odd, because I tested it once and it worked, then I went on the site again and it didn’t work. It is not one product, it appears to be all of them. Do you have any idea what may be causing this?

Don’t forget to create a back up before update!

    Hi there,

Thank you for your prompt response. I’ve now updated my theme to version 2.6. This did not solve my problem (in that the Add to Cart button on all product pages are not working) and now I have additional problems:

    1. My social media links at the top of my site are no longer in a line
    2. My photos of the recent posts in my footer are now giant (they were small and that column was the same length as the others, now it’s much longer due to the photo sizes.
    3. The quantity box on my product pages are goofy as there are arrows right on top of the box

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Marie

    Hello,

    Have you removed custom.css file?
There is no one, just default.custom.css.
Please ask your host to restore that file from the back up.
Did you make back up yourself? If so you can restore the file from your archive.

Also I’ve checked “Add to Cart” button and products are added to cart successfully.
Please clear your browser cache and check again.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I didn’t remove anything though it could have been lost when doing the update, because I have no idea what I am doing. I will ask the host to restore the file from backup.

I understand you checked “Add to cart” and it is not working still. I have cleared my cache and tried in both Safari and Chrome as well as I’m still getting emails from unhappy people trying to click Add to Cart from the product pages. It is working from the homepage and main store page that shows all products, but it is not working from the individual product pages, such as: http://www.fearlessandframed.com/shop/family-history-photo-sessions/ or http://www.fearlessandframed.com/shop/session-sparks-photo-session-ideas-ebook/

All that happens when we click Add to Cart on the product pages is they load and load and load and it never moves forward or even gives an error. It just gets stuck.

Please please help, I’ve received 5 emails this morning and 15 overnight and have no idea how to fix this.

Also, I just went into my Facebook Group that I run for purchasers and asked them to test (so I know it’s not just my computer) and they are saying the same thing – that the cart is not working for them either.

Sorry to make post after post, but I wanted to add that I am really trying to figure this out on my own. I see in Woocommerce’s system status that it is recommending I increase my WP Memory Limit from 40MB to 64MB. I read their article on how to do that and couldn’t figure it out, so went to my host and they say they’ve done it, but the Woocommerce system report is still showing the same and my Add to Cart buttons are still not working. I don’t even know if that has something to do with it, I just feel so lost with it all, but wanted to tell you in case.

    Hello,

The problem is caused by new Wishlist plugin. Please replace it with old version. I’ve sent an archive to your email address or you can disable Wishlist if you don’t need it.

This issue will be fixed in the nearest update.

    Sorry for inconveniences.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
