    Hello,

    I already made 1 ticket before about this subject. But unfortunately I didn’t manage to fix the problem.

    I’ve an old webshop therefore I’m building a new shop with royal theme. See both websites in the private section. The products displayed on my old site are looking good. But on my new site it looks weird (see the attached image for an example)! I already changed the values at Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display (description https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/woocommerce). Then I regenerate the thumbnails. But the result is not as I expect it to.

    (I’ve set everything back to default)

    What can I do to make it look like my old site? Please see the login in the private section.

    Hope it can be fixed.

    Hello,

    Your images have different original sizes.
    They should be the same sizes approximately 1,425px × 1,900px.
    So you need reupload your images.
