  Manage stocks option are automatically being checked without us updating it. Do I need to update the woocommerce templates? When I do this the site’s layout is different.

  Hello,

  What theme version are you using? As I see you’ve customized parent style.css file which isn’t recommended.
  Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check your settings after that.
