1) Tax comes from WC, so check docs – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
2) Theme Options > Styling > Dark buttons

If you want to show products from a particular category, try the next way –
create a new static block > add Products element http://prntscr.com/s81h8d + http://prntscr.com/s81ig6 then go to Single product builder and add Custom NTML element > select the static block in settings of the element.

Go to Appearance > Widgets > add Filter Products by Attribute widget into Shop sidebar

Hello,

Filters appear in the category sidebar only if products of that category have such attributes.
For example, check the our wedding demo. We have added all the necessary filters to widget area http://prntscr.com/sbfy19 but the category page woman displays only size filter because products have the size attribute https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/wedding/product-category/woman/ and this category https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/wedding/product-category/bouquets/ does not have size but displays color because products do not have size attribute but have the color attribute.
