Product Videos Keep Playing after you close the window

    hi,
    we have the product video feature in our site setup to autoplay once the window opens- we want it this way so the user doesnt have to click two times to watch a video

    when we add autoplay and then popup the video window and say close it before it is finished playing, the audio keeps playing from the video until you go to a different pg

    Can you please provide me with a fix for this to stop the video form playing when someone clicks and closes the window?

    Sorry for the delay in answering.
    Unfortunately, we can’t check your video because it was deleted as we can see.
    Could you add the correct video, so we’ll be able to check the problem? Also, provide me admin panel and FTP access to your site in Private Content area.
