    Hi,

I hope you can help me with the following.
When adding a product video (mp4 or youTube) to a product the video is not displayed. The pop-up is showing an empty field. Please see https://chalrose.com/product/doppio-bag-bordeaux-bundle-test/

Could you please assist solving this issue.

    Thx for your prompt reply.

    Regards,

    Johan

    Hi,

Strange… When I open the product in any browser I will get an empty pop-up. In IE it mentions that is an invalid source.

In which browser did you open the video?

    Regards,

    Johan

I’ve checked your site in Chrome browser (latest version).
    Have you cleared cache?

    Hello,

I suppose issue is related to your video and error that you have http://prntscr.com/j6f7wc https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/7391219?hl=en
Please, edit the product and make sure that you use video from your site and not from the test site.

    Regards
