Hello support.
1. How to disable uncheck variation (like yours on quick view)?
2. I enabled blog masonry option, but it’s not working.
3. Is there any chance to add magnifier or something similar to the variation images (they are small, it would be so good to our customers to see bigger images)

Hello,

1) Please describe the desired result in more detail.
2) Theme Options > Speed optimization > Masonry Scripts > On.
3) There is no such possibility. You can submit a request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

Hello Rose,
1. On this video (https://cln.sh/1hnh0r) you see when I click on the variation on quick view, I can’t deselect Color or Material. On the second video (https://cln.sh/Xipwph), you can see on the product page, I can deselect it. I would like to turn on that exact function like yours on the quick view. I would like to disable deselect variation for the users. Always to be selected.
2. I do that, but not working.
3. Ok, I will submit.

Hello,

1) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll check the issue in more detail.

2) Why don’t you think that it’s not working? I see that masonry works fine https://prnt.sc/135wb0l

3) Keep in mind that you can upload variation image while creating variations and it will appear instead of the featured image once you choose your variation, for example https://gyazo.com/8b1dc2f07801d25d9b0d7405403a9d6d

3. Thanks for the advice, but that is not working in my case. Variation images are different than the featured one, so my users need to see bigger images (colors and materials) -> https://prnt.sc/1363j2d

Hello,

1) Thank you. I have passed the issue to our developers.
2) Blog posts should have different heights (because of image size or description size) then you’ll see the masonry effect. If all your posts are the same height then what masonry view do you expect? I changed an excerpt of one of the posts to show you that the masonry effect works. Check blog page.
3) We have a built-in variation gallery feature. So, you can use the variation gallery for example to show all the necessary images for the variation.

I am disabled infinite scroll right now until it is fixed.

Our theme does not have that switcher by default. Did you implement that with additional customization?

I just call your slide images on hover and hide those arrows and initiate the trigger. You can test on your side with this option: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ao1b6GZ3pBjJ2DawWh_54C1Q4spz?e=gqmNqG

I turned those arrows and infinite scroll on the collections page, so you can see it.

Hello,

There is no quick solution for this because it’s your additional customization. And actually, I’m not sure if it’s possible to implement that trigger for the products after infinite scroll to avoid additional clicks on hover for products that were already loaded. Submit customization request here, unfortunately our basic support does not include customization service.

It is not my customization, it is your slider image functionality. Ok, let me explain little bit deeper. See how previous image is not the first image, it is now the last image.

Take my apologies but probably I don’t understand your issue.
If I visit the shop page I see the slider for the product images on hover and it works ok not matter if the lazy loading option is enabled or not https://gyazo.com/0bac4e0a8b486b839255b523db44ffae

If you use your custom switcher it loads the first image after the lazy loading not the second one like you want https://gyazo.com/830e02980e9e55343db7b1cc7954648b Right? But the appearance of the second image by switcher click is your customization. It does not work for the products after the lazy loading because these products load using ajax, they just do not exist while you click the switcher that’s why you custom js does not work for them.

Thank you Olga for the answer, but you didn’t understand me and that’s no problem. Your slider is not working well with infinite scroll (don’t look on mine this time, forget mine). When I switch to second image and go down and execute infinite scroll and I come back to the first image, it doesn’t slide to the first one it goes two images back (like it reset itself).

Do you use SIngle Product Builder? Go to the builder > Gallery > change settings to achieve the desired result.
