Hi Eva

I am having alot of issues with the them in particular the product thumbnails.

i have used hard crop & soft crop in woocommerce & regenerated the images,

I have resized every image to all be the same height of 1000px and im still having a nightmare with this.

We can’t access your site. It’s not loading. Are there any restrictions on a server at your hosting provider?

Ive accessed it from pc, laptop and phone i will supply ftp details now to ensure you have access as I need this fixed asap. Have you tried from google chrome or other browser

Hello,

We can connect neither to your site nor to FTP account.
Here is the error in FileZilla:

We tried to use different browsers to view the site but there is still the error.

Have you asked your hosting provider about this issue?
Please do this and show our screenshots to them. Perhaps our IP address has to be whitelisted on a server.

The hosting company has sent the following to me below

We need more information to solve this.

– Forward us his IP address which he can get himself by going to http://ip.letshost.ie
– How and under what circumstances is he getting those 404 errors? We need the steps to replicate.
– What exactly he is doing.

How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

I changed the css file like your tutorial, added the code to custom.css & activated the css and its still the same
