Product thumbnails hidden error conflict with Gift card plugin

Hi There,

We are trying to set up a virtual gift card product, but there seems to be a conflict with the theme. The problem is that it will not show the main image for the gift card. https://paddleandsurf.co.uk/product/virtual-gift-card/

The Yith support team sent this screenshot showing the error.

They also said –
There is something in your theme (code or option, I don’t know) that is hiding the image:

This is only happening when your theme is active, I deactivated almost all your plugins and the image weren’t showing up.

I have added login credentials in the private area, please let me know if you need FTP

Can you contact your theme about disabling this functionality?

We made changes in the child theme, so you won’t lose them after the theme update.
