  Hello, I am currently not sure how to fix this problem, on the swatches/thumbnails of the product there is a duplicate.

  Hello,

  Do you use an additional plugin for these swatches? Try to disable the plugin and use our variation swatches – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A
