Product thumbnails acting weird - by maris

Hello,

I can see product thumbnails acting quite strange.
In settings I have slider for thumbnails enabled, under the main photo, with number of slides set for 3.

When I look here:

I can see 3 thumbnails correctly.

But here:

the first thumbnail and the second one are missing – there are only thumbnails for photo no. 3, 4, 5 and so on.
What’s more, the first thumbnail (the one that shows the third photo of the product) is visible only in half.

And here:

There are also thumbnails missing (of the first and second photo) and the rest is visible ok (no halves this time).

Is there a way to fix it? Especially the missing thumbnails?

I tested on our local and it worked fine http://prntscr.com/nj2mg5 -> http://prntscr.com/nj2mj5

– Please update theme & plugins to latest version

– You should deactivate all plugins and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

Yes, when you use product page layout which you call “product-small” it works perfectly on my site too (and worked on yours). But when I switch to “product-thin” product page layout, which I want to use, the strange thing with thumbnails happen.

I tried deactivating plugins (besides the ones that come with xstore theme) before I even asked a question here so it’s probably not a plugin conflict.

Sorry for the delay in answering. Looks like there is a bug with the mentioned product layout. It will be fixed in one of next updates.

Dear, Maris

Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS, to fix the problem:
```
@media only screen and (min-width: 993px){
    .single-product-xsmall .swiper-wrapper.thumbnails-list {
        justify-content: start;
    }
}
```
you will be able to delete this custom code after the next update.
