Product Tabs not working - by costheo - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,
    I noticed that the product tabs stopped working and only showing the products description tab.
    It also happened again in one of my previous support requests and you uploaded the theme in my ftp. I did the same but the problem remains.

    The woocommerce is 2.5.5 (updated)

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Please update all required plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . And check tabs after that.

    Hello,

    Extract zip file and upload only extracted folder via FTP to /wp-content/plugins/ folder on your server.

    Hi Robert,
    I updated everything but still no luck.
    When I go to the woocommerce plugin I get the following message:

    “Your theme (Royal Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

    Hello,

    our theme uses modified Woocommerce template files so it is normal that some file versions may be outdated. It is not bug and does not have effect on front-end.
    You may just skip this notification.

    Hi,
    I can ignore the notification. The problem is that the tabs STILL not working.

    Can you have a look? Our customers are complaining.

    Hello,

    I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General and tabs are working now.
    Clear browser cache and check.
