    Hi there!

I have a question. I want to create the same ‘new arrivals | featured’ product slider as you have demonstrated on https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/boxed/

I managed to set up the tab and chose the ‘product tab’ style so it shows the correct style. However, it doesn’t show any content. I have assigned the visual compose ‘product’ option and later the wooproduct option to appear. But none of them work. Can you help please?

    Hello,

In this case you need use Products element via Visual Composer plugin. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/8bdbdq

Also you’re using old plugins versions.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

Thanks Robert, but I have installed the plugins and now I have a MAJOR problem. In the admin page I constantly need to insert my ftp details because otherwise I can’t do anything. If I switch to another page it automatically ask for my FTP credentials (showing 6 the same login screens under eachother).

I thought t might have something to do with permissions so I tried to set all permissions in my plugin folder to 777. But when I did this the FTP client gave the following response on your plugins:

Server said: ‘SITE CHOWN’ not understood

    Can you help me please???

I got it working fortunately. Turns out the master slider plugin on your download page was causing my website to act strange. I am not sure if it is the plugin itself or an incompatibility with another plugin. Whatever te reason, there is a newer version of master slider available. 20.20.

I might see if that works when it is available.
