  Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Show Products Toolbar On The Shop Page > On.

  Ok that’s fine but if i want to add that tool bar on another product page than here is any option in xstore theme or not ?

  No, this bar works for Shop page and pages that inherit the layout of the Shop (like pages of product categories) only.
