Product Slider Gallery not functioning properly in Chrome browser

I have gone thru all the forum notes on this topic and none of the solutions work for me:

I cannot get the slider gallery to function in Chrome. It is working in other browsers. I just get a blank image next to the main image.

I also cannot view thumbnails in related products in Chrome browser

EDIT: Just noticed this is a browser issue. Displays correct in IE & FF but not Chrome

Hello,

It works fine in Chrome browser for me – https://prnt.sc/me4hf9 Please make sure that your version of the browser is not very old and any of browser extensions on your computer don’t affect displaying of the site.

Thank you for the response. Great thought but unfortunately i’ve found this is an issue on different computers. Half our office can see it. Half cannot. What do you suggest?

Please clear browser cache.
Also, let me know in which version of Chrome browser you face the problem.

This works, thank you. Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98. I hope we don’t get alot of calls about not viewing properly. I’ll have to walk everyone through clearing their cache lol.

If the browser cache of the old files is the reason of the problem we can do nothing.
