AS I can see, others have had this issue.

The product size on the product page is to large. I have done like the others, change the size in the settings and regenerated the thumbnails and its to large.

My original image for this is 800x 1000. ( is this to large, I want the zoom feature to work)

I want the similar size as the demo:

My pictures will not be squares like you have the demo, so I was thinking as close as I can get to that similar size.

I provided the login and website on the private content section.

    Hello,

Our image has original sizes 2160px * 2350px.
Try to reupload your image in higher resolution.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    HI there,

why would that affect the size in the product page anyway. Should it follow what the settings are in the woocommerce plugin?

You are stating, if I make the picture a size as you suggest, it will follow the same trait as the demo I sent you.

In the other comments, I see that we have to change some of the code in the theme. Do I have to do the same ?

    Hello,

If you want to make all the product images on grid the same size, you need to use hard crop option in Theme Options > Product Page Layout > Image Cropping > ON. If you disable/enable this option keep in mind that you need to regenerate all the images after that. You can use Regenerate thumbnail plugin.
As for single product page, unfortunately to change image settings you need to edit template file legenda/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php . Create child theme, copy this file into child theme and then change the $mainImageWidth = 600; $mainImageHeight = 900; $mainImageCrop = false; to values you need.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

I want all the product images to be the same size. You are stating I need to change that file and if I have to, can you do it for me. I see that you do that with the rest of the support issues.

    I forgot about the size.

I want it as close as this demo :

    https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/shop/fashion-jacket-3/

It won’t be the size because of the format I picked.

    Thanks

Thanks for doing the update for me.

The changes made the product stretched. Example : http://rahmieneh.com/product/charm-chunky-crystal-statement-necklace/

and then compare the light box pop up.

What can we do to change this?

    Hello,

Disable zoom effect in Theme Options > Single Product Page and then check the product image or upload product images with different dimensions.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

A couple weeks ago, someone from your staff went to my child theme and made some changes. I want to make sure they are correct ones. Also do you see what I mean when you look at the item?

We want the zoom on also.

    Hello,

I’ve changed width in child theme style.css to 384px for thumbnails.
Please check single product page now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
