    do you mean Sizing guide for this product? Please provide us with admin credentials for your site in Private Content and we will check this problem.

    Because you selected Simple product in the settings, but should use Variable product. Please read Woocommerce documentation https://docs.woothemes.com/document/variable-product/ .
