Product Quantity & Mobile panel issues .

    Hello,

    1) I’ve noticed an issue with the cart behavior on website.
    When I increase the product quantity in the cart from a desktop, the page automatically refreshes via AJAX and recalculates the totals correctly. However, on mobile devices, when I press the “+” button to add one more product, the quantity visually changes for a moment but then returns to the previous value — the cart does not refresh and the total is not updated

    *Update Cart Automatically is activated.

    2) Also, at shop page from mobiles when I add a product at the cart the mobile panel is disappearing. I’ve to refresh the page to reactivate it. This is a huge bug I think, please check it out (attached photo).

    Hello @makeitsimple,

    The issue with the hidden mobile panel on mobile devices is caused by the setting in your Cart widget within the Header content, which is configured to automatically open the off-canvas panel when an item is added to the cart. However, since the Cart widget is not displayed on mobile, the off-canvas panel does not open. Please add the Cart widget to your mobile header or disable the option in your Cart widget and check again.

    Additionally, we kindly ask you to provide a video of the first issue so that we can better understand and investigate it from our side.

    We have successfully replicated the issue on our local website and would like to kindly request FTP access to your website. This will allow us to upload a few files containing the necessary fix, as using wp-admin access is not appropriate for this type of update. Please note that these fixes will also be included in the next theme update.

    The problem remains, even with the latest update of the theme.

    We have reviewed the issue on your website but were unable to reproduce it. Please check the issue again using a different browser or by clearing your browser cache.

    The bug was previously uploaded to your website once a solution was found, and the fix is also included in the latest update.
