Do you mean you didn’t add VAT price for the product you showed?

As I see the same issue persists not only with our theme but with default WordPress theme too.
Also check it with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ .
You need contact Woocommerce support regarding this problem.
Another strange thing is that correct price is shown when you’re logged in to the account, if check the page as a guest wrong price is shown.

You should investigate it with Woocommerce team.
