Product Price Not Updating - by labargemedia

We’re having an issue where our client’s products are not allowing updating of their prices. For example, Product A used to be $12.99, but is now $13.99. However, when we try and update the price, it stays $12.99 on the front end. In the product index area (where all products are shown) it says $12.99 still, but if we go into the Product Edit page, it shows $13.99. Not sure why it’s not updating. We spoke to our hosting company (thinking maybe it was a caching issue), and they assured it wasn’t. The PHP error they’re seeing is pasted into the private content area below.

Thanks. This is a major issue and we’re hoping to resolve it quickly for our client.

Hi,

Are you using latest version of xstore theme, xstore core plugin and WooCommerce?

Seems you are using incompatible combinations of them.
Most probably your WooCommerce is out dated.

This is still happening even after updating the theme, Xstore plugin and VC. Woocommerce is up to date as well (it has been for awhile). For example:

This product says

$8.99 on the front of the website, but on the product edit screen it says $10.99. On the product index page it says $8.99 in the listing…but if I click quick edit it shows $10.99. So basically, anywhere I can “edit” the price field, it shows $10.99 (the correct price). Anywhere it’s just displaying the product price (in the product index area and on the product’s page), it’s showing the wrong price $8.99. I’m assuming it was this price at one point, but it’s now been updated to $8.99.

Please help?
