Product Photos not loading on Single Product pages

Hi there,

After moving to live, the porduct photos are not loading on the single product pages.

I have tried reuploading and instering these however they still won’t display.

Hello,

Did you try to disable 3-rd party plugins? Do you use a child theme?
Please provide wp-admin access in Private Conten.

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
– memory_limit to 128M;
– post_max_size to 64M;
– upload_max_filesize to 64M;
Also, give me permission to see your plugins.

I checked and the PHP limits are set as follows:

upload_max_filesize = 1000M
post_max_size = 2000M
memory_limit = 3000M
file_uploads = On
max_execution_time = 180

Please check Woocommerce > Status http://prntscr.com/ghso47
also disable all 3-rd party plugins.

Hi there,

I have tested with Storefront theme and the product photo displays fine.

I can’t disable all plugins as this is a multisite network with certain plug-ins being used accross the network.

I notice that the Logo in the header and footer has also stopped displaying.

In console on your site you may see these errors http://prntscr.com/gi4fdm so you need contact your hosting provider support.
To be able to help you we should be sure that problem relates to our theme and isn’t caused by 3-rd party plugins, also your php configuration isn’t appropriate theme requirements https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade

Hi there,

I have found the issue to be with Jetpack performance setting. Disabling this setting solved the issue.
